2006 American LaFrance Eagle, Squad 55

Squad 55 is a 2006 American LaFrance Eagle equipped with a 1500 GPM American LaFrance pump and a 1000 gallon water tank. Squad 55 is equipped with the standard engine company equipment as well as a complement of vehcile extrication equipment and Rapid Intervention Team equipment. Squad 55 runs primarily as the mutual aid response piece unless another piece is requested.

Squad 55 was originally labeled as Engine 55-4 until early 2022 when it was changed to it's current designation. This change allows the truck to either act as an engine company or a special service company at fires based on the needs of the Incident Commander.
