Come check out the Magnolia Volunteer Fire Companys newly renovated hall as we offer rental and catering services to groups and individuals. The Hall is available for banquets, parties, and other assemblies.  Home Owner's Associations will receive the use of the hall at a discounted rate for a set amount of time. Some requests for rentals outside of our prescribed rules will be taken on a case-by-case basis.  As a public facility, the Hall is a smoke free facility, although outdoor smoking is permitted.

Lessee's can choose to have their event catered by the Magnolia Vol. Fire Co. Auxiliary for an additional fee. Caterers permitted and bar services are not available although lessees are permitted to bring in beer and wine. No hard liquor is permitted.

Decorations that could damage the facility are not permitted. The use of tape, nails, staples, screws, fasteners or thumb tacks to secure decorations or signs to any wall, door or ceiling is prohibited.

A security deposit of $200.00  is required to reserve the facility and will be returned after an inspection of the hall for cleanliness. The security deposit shall be returned to the lessee no more than thirty (30) days after the function, pending no damages are found to the facility, or extra cleaning is required.  In the event that cleaning or damages are found, a partial refund may be issued.

In the event of cancelation of the scheduled booking, the security deposit will be refunded if cancelation is at least thirty (30) days prior to the originally scheduled event date.  Extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
