House Fire - Lexington Mill Development

At 2209 Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to a house fire in the Lexington Mill Road development. Upon arrival, 55-20 assumed command of the scene and reported that heavy smoke was showing from the A-D side of the house and immediately requested a second alarm to be dispatched. Heavy fire was showing through the front door and was reported throughout the structure. At 0203 the scene was placed under control with units working. Units Responding: Engine 403, 41-3, 41-6, 48-2, 48-3, 49-1, 49-2, 49-5, Rescue 49, 55-1, 55-3, 55-4, Tanker 55, A-55, Delaware State Fire Marshall, Kent County Paramedics. Station 57 stood by Station55 while units were on scene.
