Motor Vehicle Collision - Area of 1767 Barratts Chapel Road

At 17:56 hours on December 31st, Station 55 (Magnolia) was dispatched for an MVC in the area of 1767 Barratts Chapel Road. Ambulance A-55, Engine 55-4 and Rescue 55-1 made the response, as well at Fire Chief Kevin Sipple (55-15). Units arrived to find a vehicle overturned partially in the roadway with one patient already outside the vehicle. Ambulance A-55 transported the single patient to KGH while the crews from the engine and rescue secured the vehicle and assisted with clean up. Command 55 placed the situation under control at 18:14 hours, with all Magnolia fire units in quarters at 18:27.
