Standby Turns Into an Engine Assist in Dover - 321 Martin St

At 13:00 hours on the above date Station 55 (Magnolia) was alerted for a single engine transfer to Dover Station 1 while they were operating at a working building fire. Engine 55-4 responded at 13:05 hours with 55-18 ( Asst. Chief Rhodes) and a crew of four. While en route to Station 46-1 the engine was redirected by Dover Fire Dispatch to respond into the scene. 55-4 arrived on the scene at 13:16 hours and operated there until 14:05 hours. All Magnolia units were in quarters at 14:18. Units Responding: Magnolia Engine 55-4, DFD, Cheswold VFC, Little Creek VFC, Camden - Wymong VFC, Claytong VFC, Dover Fire Marshal, and Kent County Paramedics.
