MVC with Entrapment - Buffalo Rd

On Monday April 9th at 2057 hrs, Station 55 was alerted for a MVC with entrapment on Buffalo Rd. A-55, 55-3, 55-1, 55-5 and 55-8 made the response. Upon arrival, 55-17 (Rhodes) assumed command and initiated extrication of the patient. During extrication, a landing zone for Trooper 2 was established for a seamless transition of care to medics on board the aircraft. Minutes later, extrication was marked complete as the patient was freed from the wreckage. Trooper 2 then initiated transport, at which time all 55 units were then clear the scene and returned to quarters.
