Tanker and Ambulance Assist 54 with a Trailer Fire - Woods End Rd

On April 6, 2016 at 12:22 hours the Kent County 911 Center alerted the MVFC for a Tanker Company and Ambulance to assist the Little Creek Vol. Fire Co. Station 54 with a reported working trailer fire. Tanker 55 and Engine 55-4 went responding under the authority of 55-18 for the assist. Upon arrival of MVFC units Tanker 55 supplied Engine 54-5 with water to extinguish the fire. Crews from Engine 55-4 Assisted with overhaul of the fire trailer as well as clearing exposure trailers for any possible extension. Crews operated just under 2 hours to bring the fire under control and clean up supplies before being released by command 54-15. The MVFC would also like to thank the Camden-Wyoming Fire Co. for providing a single Engine to cover our district while we operated at the trailer fire.
