Magnolia firefighters assist Little Creek with trailer fire

At approximately 16:20 on May 2, 2021, the Magnolia Fire Company was alerted on the initial dispatch to assist the Little Creek Fire Company with a house fire. Initial calls reported hearing an explosion followed by seeing smoke. First arriving units found a trailer well involed. Units operated for approximately 2 hours performing fire supression, searches, and overhaul. One person succumbed to their injuries. The scene was turned over to the Delaware State Fire Marshal's office for further investigation.
