New Command Vehicle hits the Streets
Sunday, December 25, 2022

You may see a new vehicle cruising the MVFC district and responding to alarms. The MVFC is excited to place in service a 2022 Ford F-150 that will be known as Command 55. This project is one that has come long awaited as the process was started back in July of 2021 and due to the supply chain issues on vehicles and numerous other things, the project took a lot longer than anticipated. This project was made possible by assistance from Representative Charles Postles and Senator Colin Bonini. We’d like to thank those 2 for the assistance in helping us secure everything needed for this project.

The vehicle was equipped and up-fitted by 10-75 Emergency Vehicles who installed the SoundOff Signal lighting and control system. The console, under seat electronics compartment, and pullout command tray were all done by 1st In Emergency Products. The cap was ordered and installed by Trick Trucks Millsboro. Paint work done by the crew at Start to Finish Collision in Harrington, De. Graphics by Rogers Sign Co., Inc.
