Woods Fire - 4700 Block of Irish Hill Road

On the above date Station 55 was dispatched to a woods fire ITAO 4700 block of Irish Hill Road. Upon arrival of 55-0, found approximately 3 acres of brush and woods on fire 3/4 mile off the road way. Command was assumed by 55-18 (2nd Asst Chief Tim Conrad) requesting an additional brush truck bringing 48-0 to the scene. Engines 55-5 and 55-3 set up water supply on Booty Drive for refill operations. Crews from all units worked about an hour to bring the fire under control. Command placed the scene under control all units returning upon securing their crews. Units on Scene: 55-0, 55-5, 55-3, 55-8 Mutual Aid: 48-0 Command: 55-18 (2nd Asst Chief) Tim Conrad
