Magnolia Fire Company members expand their - knowledge and receive a new Certification

Tonight, after several weeks of Training. Members of the Magnolia Fire Company completed their 1st level of Rapid Intervention Team Training. This type of Training is designed as a Safety and Protection measure geared to aid in the Rescue of Firefighters if they become injured or trapped while operating inside a Structure Fire. Members were taught basic techniques of Rescue based on past experiences throughout the Country and given the education and tools to implement new ideas. The members will begin the next phase of Rapid Intervention Team Training in April. Thank You to DSFS Instructors Gary Moore and Jeff Eisenbrey for passing their knowledge on to our Members.
