Mr. Diamond retired from Chesapeake Utilities Corporation, was a life time member of Magnolia Vol. Fire Company, life time member of the Camden/Wyoming Vol. Fire Company, life time member of Felton Vol. Fire Company, past president of Kent County Fire Police Association, past president Delaware State fire Police Association, past president Delaware Volunteer Fireman's Association, past president Magnolia Vol. Fore Company, past president Kent County Fireman's Association (only person to be elected twice at this post), He was currently serving as a director for the Kent County Fireman's Association, past president of the Camden/Wyoming Lions Club, member of the F.O.P Lodge #3 in Dover, member of the Harrington Moose Club, member of Walter L. Fox post #2 America Legion in Dover, and he was a NASCAR supporter. He was elected and served as the 67th President of the Delaware Volunteer Firemen's Association and served from 1991 - 1992.
